Based on the product title, the brand is ge, a lesser-known entity in the market. However, a closer examination of the product title reveals that ge is likely a generic or store-brand name, rather than a well-established brand. This lack of brand recognition raises concerns about the product's quality and reliability. In contrast, reputable brands like Shimano or SRAM have a long history of producing high-quality bicycle components, with a strong track record of innovation and customer satisfaction. The 76/100 Trust Score suggests that ge has some redeeming qualities, but its overall reputation is still uncertain. This score is likely based on factors such as the seller's history, customer service, and product return policies, rather than any specific reviews or ratings. While a Trust Score of 76 is not alarmingly low, it is still below the average for many reputable brands in the market. As a result, buyers may want to exercise caution when purchasing from ge, especially if they are unfamiliar with the brand. Given the unknown reputation of ge and the relatively low Trust Score, we would caution buyers against trusting this product solely based on brand reputation. While the price of USD19.49 is attractive, the risk of receiving a low-quality or defective product may outweigh the savings. We recommend that buyers consider alternative options from more established brands, such as Shimano or SRAM, which have a proven track record of producing high-quality bicycle components. If buyers are still interested in purchasing from ge, we suggest carefully reviewing the product's specifications and warranty information before making a decision.
