AVM Fritz!Box 7590 High-End WLAN AC + N Router (VDSL-/ADSL, 4x4 MU-MIMO mit 1.733 (5 GHz) und 800 MBit/s (2.4 GHz), DECT-Basis, Media Server) (Generalüberholt)

The AVM Fritz!Box 7590, presented here as a general overhaul (refurbished) unit, garners a respectable trust score of 85 out of 100, supported by an average rating of 4.1 out of 5 stars from 1,384 total reviews. Analysis of 13 selected reviews reveals a strong trend towards positive customer experiences, particularly concerning the delivery and initial setup. Reviewers frequently use phrases such as "schnelle Lieferung" (fast delivery) and "funktioniert einwandfrei" (works flawlessly), as exemplified by customer review 1 which states, "Die Fritz!Box wurde sehr schnell geliefert, ist bereits installiert und funktioniert einwandfrei." Similarly, customer review 2 echoes this sentiment with "Schnelle Lieferung, Artikel wie beschrieben, alles top." The consistency in these positive remarks, coupled with high scores in Review Velocity and Reviewer Credibility, suggests that the majority of customers are satisfied with their purchase and the product's performance upon arrival. Despite the overall positive sentiment, a small but notable segment of critical feedback warrants attention. The presence of phrases like "Finger weg" (hands off) and "gebrauchte Gerät" (used device) in some reviews indicates potential concerns for buyers expecting a new product. While the product listing clearly states it is "Generalüberholt" (refurbished), these negative comments highlight a potential disconnect or dissatisfaction for some consumers who may not fully appreciate the implications of a refurbished item. The generic promotional language detected, such as "Preis/Leistung" (price/performance ratio), is less impactful in the context of the more specific positive and negative feedback. The trust score of 85/100 is significant as it balances the overwhelmingly positive feedback with these critical remarks, suggesting a generally reliable product that may occasionally fall short of expectations for a minority of buyers, particularly regarding the refurbished nature of the device. In conclusion, the AVM Fritz!Box 7590, in its refurbished state, appears to be a solid choice for many consumers, offering fast delivery and reliable functionality as frequently reported by users. The high review velocity and reviewer credibility scores underscore the volume and apparent authenticity of the feedback. However, potential buyers should be mindful of the "gebrauchte Gerät" comments and ensure they are comfortable with purchasing a refurbished item. The product's strengths lie in its operational performance and delivery speed, while the primary concern revolves around managing expectations for refurbished electronics. For those seeking a high-performance router and who are amenable to refurbished goods, this Fritz!Box presents a compelling option, supported by a large body of positive user experiences.
